In this strategic plan, there are four main issues that will be faced by FSIE in the next five years.

A. Improving the Quality of Leadership and Governance Performance

1) Strengthening the Integrity of the Vision & Mission.

2) Resource Management System.

3) Leadership Innovation.

4) Strengthening SPMI (Internal Quality Assurance System).

5) Development of Partnerships or Strategic Cooperation

B. Improved Quality Performance of Resource Inputs

1) Improved HR Management (Lecturers and Education Personnel).

2) Improving the Quality of Student Input.

3) Innovation of the Independent Campus Independent Learning-Based Curriculum (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka; MBKM).

4) Development of Facilities and Infrastructure.

5) Strengthening Financial Management.

C. Increasing the Quality of the Process of Education, Research, and Community Service

1) Learning Process Development and Innovation.

2) Development of Collaborative and Partnership Research.

3) Development of Community Problem Solving Based-Society Service.

4) Strengthening a Moderate and Inclusive Academic Atmosphere.

D. Improved Quality, Productivity (Outputs), Outcomes, and Impacts of Education, Research, and Community Service

1) Improving the Quality of Graduates (Outcomes of Education).

2) Increasing Scientific Products and Innovations (Research Outputs).

3) Strengthening the Benefit of Programs for the Community (Outcomes of Community Service).
